district supervisor

Our district supervisors are an important part of our workflow, since they are the leaders who manage multiple Ardene stores in one area. They take care of everything from handling the daily sales and operations, to overseeing how merchandise and marketing signage is displayed in each store. Our district supervisors are true role models, and they support our teams with coaching and motivation to help them achieve their very best. They are not only there for our team members, but they set a positive example with their exceptional customer service as well. These leaders go over and above to create a happy store experience for everyone!
