Each role within the marketing department is critical in bringing our brand, product and promotions to our customer's attention. Our team members are responsible for all the images, graphics, signage and messaging that a customer sees, or hears. They strategize the visual setups and merchandising in stores to create an enjoyable shopping experience, and they plan all the promos, contests and giveaways we offer. From producing eco-conscious hangtags and packaging to designing store windows and table displays, this is the department that invites our customers into the world of Ardene.

Hobbies: Spending time with my family and my friends, listening to music, and painting whenever I feel inspired.
Favorite food: It might sound very cliché, but I love oysters! I could eat them every day.
Favorite movie: Forrest Gump, he even says that "Jenny" is the most beautiful name in the world.
Role model: I would say my role model is my dad. I wish one day, I am be able to acquire the wisdom that he has.
Hidden talents: Not a lot of people know that I paint - I mainly do mixed media abstract art.
Something you can't live without: Definitely music, and my family of course!
Q. How has your role evolved since starting at Ardene?
A. I started working at Ardene at the beginning of the company's journey to the Middle East as an international marketing coordinator. Since it was a new territory, I had a little bit more freedom in implementing new processes, strategies and initiatives. My title quickly changed to marketing specialist, then international marketing and merchandising project manager; taking charge of Middle Eastern and US territories. For the USA, I focus on increasing brand awareness and revenue by exploring new initiatives to connect with our customers.
Q. What's your favorite part of working at Ardene?
A. Aside from the fact that I wake up every morning with a clear purpose and mandate in mind to go to work, I am extremely blessed to work with incredible people at the Head Office and overseas. Working with partners based in the Middle East opens up your eyes to another culture and you get to learn a lot from them.
Q. What is your favorite Ardene memory?
A. My favorite memory is when I traveled to Saudi Arabia for a new store opening. I had been to Middle Eastern countries in the past, but never during the Ramadan period, which is one of their most religious holidays. It was a memorable experience to be able to be part of their culture for a moment.
Q. Do you have a mentor or someone you look up to at work?
A. The person I look up to is my immediate leader Kelly, Head of Marketing. She is such an inspiration professionally and personally. She is one of the rare people I've met who is so down to earth, humble and very human. The way she balances her work and personal life is outstanding. She is a successful and accomplished woman at work and a dedicated and loving mother and wife at home. This is what I would love to become.
