Q. What's a typical day at work for you?
A. On a typical work day, I'm responsible for the collections of sneakers, pool slides, sheep boots and snow boots. I work with the team to develop and resolve any issues with the collections, and I keep in touch with vendors to make sure everything is on track.
Q. How has your role evolved since starting at Ardene?
A. I started as a graphic designer/product developer in the accessories department at Ardene. My career evolved into the footwear department, as an assistant footwear product developer. Recently, I was promoted to a footwear product developer.
Q. What's your favorite part of working at Ardene?
A. Being part of a company that gives back to the community and has sustainability goals.
Q. What accomplishment are you most proud of?
A. Learning how to create product (footwear and accessories) with my graphic design skills.
Q. What advice would give to someone starting a career in your field?
A. Stay positive!

A. Going to volunteer at Starlight Children's Foundation to make candy bags for the kids.
