Q. Describe how your role has evolved since you joined Ardene.
A. My role at Ardene has changed a lot. I started as a sales associate, and then I was a stock clerk. A few months later I was promoted to assistant manager and now I'm a manager at store 019. I'm very happy!
Q. What do you like most about working at Ardene?
A. I love Ardene because it's not just another store. Ardene is like a family! It's like being at home!
Q. What challenges have you overcome in your career and what have you learned?
A. I had the challenge of setting up the store after a manager left in July 2020, and I redesigned the back room with my team. I took the time to build a strong, self-sufficient team, and I followed the Ardene brand image.
Q. What advice would you give to someone starting out in your field?
A. Learn to say no, and "The most important thing when you are in the job search process is to find a LEADER, much more than just a company. "
Q. What is your favorite memory at Ardene?
A. I've loved growing with the company and I know it's not over yet!
Q. Do you have a mentor or someone you look up to at work? Who and why?
A. Sara C., because she is super dynamic and always there for you, no matter the reason.
