Community is at the heart of who we are; whether it be the one we’ve created inside our organization or the one we support outside our doors. We host Community Day every year for all head office employees to have the opportunity to give their time & volunteer with one of our Ardene Foundation partners, as well as various volunteering opportunities throughout the year. We also nurture the community we’ve built at the office; celebrating birthdays with cake and gifts, hosting fun family days for the kids and recognizing work anniversaries with a free lunch and milestone awards.
